Acts Amendment and Repeal (Family Court) Bill 1997

Long Title

The purpose of this Bill is to deal with consequential amendments to a number of other statutes as an important part of the proposed means by which the interests of children of ex nuptial parents will be advanced in the State (eg. in areas such as custody and guardianship).
