Long Title

The purpose of this Bill is to amend the Fire and Emergency Services Authority of Western Australia Act 1998 to include provisions relating to the State Emergency Service (SES) and Volunteer Marine Rescue Services (VMRS). The Bill seeks to recognise the SES and VMRS and to provide the functions and powers necessary for their members to operate effectively.
