Racing and Wagering Western Australia Tax Bill 2003

Long Title
This Bill is part of a package of four Bills to restructure the racing industry governance system in WA by creating the Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA). The purpose of this particular Bill is to apply the taxation regime that is currently in place in respect of the TAB under the Totalisator Agency Board Betting Tax Act 1960 to the newly formed RWWA's off-course wagering turnover.
