Long Title |
The purpose of this Bill is to repeal the City of Perth Parking Facilities Act 1956 and make a number of minor amendments to the Sentencing Act 1995 and the Transport Co-ordination Act 1966 to facilitate the introduction of the Perth Parking Management Bill 1998. The Bill provides for the continuation of the City of Perth Parking Fund until 30 April 1999 (after which date the balance of the Fund will be paid to the City of Perth’s Municipal Fund) and a continuation of existing parking by-laws as though they were local laws made under the Local Government Act 1995. |
