Acts Amendment and Repeal (Competition Policy) Bill 2002

Long Title

This Bill repeals or amends a number of laws in accordance with recommendations of National Competition Policy reviews, undertaken to comply with the States obligations under the 1995 Competition Policy Agreements. The amendments and repeals implement reforms in respect to restrictions on competition found not to be in the public interest by the National Competition Policy reviews

Royal Assent given 15 Dec 2003 as Act No. 70 of 2003. This Act comes into operation on a day fixed by Proclamation (see Assent and Commencement information for Acts)
