Long Title

The purpose of this Bill is to repeal two Acts (the Bread Act 1982 and the Racing Restriction Act 1927) and amend a number of other Acts in accordance with recommendations of National Competition Policy reviews of those laws, undertaken to comply with the State's obligations under the 1995 Competition Policy Agreements.
