Long Title
The purpose of this Bill is to permit any court or tribunal in Western Australia to hear virtually any matter by video or audio link. The Bill amends the following Acts -
The Criminal Code; the Evidence Act 1906; the Justices Act 1902; and
the Sentencing Act 1995.
Status
Assented to 11/19/1998
Royal Assent given 19 Nov 1998 as Act No. 48/98 of 1998. Different sections of this Act come into operation on Royal Assent and Proclamation. For details refer to Commencement Clause of the Bill (see also
