Long Title

The Bill seeks to amend the Casino Control Act 1984 and the Gaming Commission Act 1987 to - implement a number of changes identified in the June 1996 report of the Minister for Racing and Gaming on the Review of the Gaming Commission Act 1987; and redraft a number of sections to strengthen and/or simplify/clarify them.

Status

Assented to 06/30/1998
