Long Title
The purpose of this Bill is to amend the Censorship Act 1996 to make Western Australia a full participant in the National Co-operative Censorship Scheme and to ensure that Western Australia's censorship legislation is consistent with that in other States and Territories. The Bill proposes to introduce new offences for persons who supply X films or RC films and computer games to minors.
