Heritage Bill 1999
Bill No. |
95 |
Long Title |
The purpose of this Bill is to re-write the present legislation in a more logical arrangement, with greater use of "plain english", and retaining the fundamentals of the existing legislation. However, small but significant changes to the system have been made which will make it more effective and easier to administer, and will provide greater transparency in decision making responsibility together with better focussed review procedures to provide greater accountability. |
