Long Title

This Bill seeks to give the Coal Industry Superannuation Board the ability to be competitive with other superannuation funds by providing for spouse accounts and allocated pensions. The Bill also implements the legislative amendments recommended in the "Review of the Coal Industry Superannuation Board and the Coal Industry Superannuation Act 1989".
