Long Title

The purpose of this Bill is to amend the First Home Owner Grant Act 2000 in order to: 1. specify a minimum age of eligibility for the grant of 18 years; 2. specify a six month residence requirement; 3. clarify the eligibility for a grant subsequent to the repayment of a previous grant; 4. clarify the offence provision concerning the submission of false or misleading information to the Commissioner; and 5. clarify the confidentiality provisions.
