Energy Legislation Amendment Bill 2003

Long Title The purpose of this Bill is to implement energy reform measures in order to provide a greater choice to customers, improve the ability of Government to plan for the State's energy needs and promote sustainable energy research, as well as rectify technical deficiencies in Western Power's legislation.
Status Assented to
