Long Title |
The purpose of this Bill is to, in conjunction with the Culture, Libraries and the Arts (Consequential Provisions) Bill 1998, makes the changes consequential to the formation of the Ministry of Culture and the Arts. The Bill has three major objectives: it establishes the Minister as a Body Corporate - The Corporate Minister; it defines the powers and responsibilities of the Body Corporate; and
it establishes the Libraries Council of Western Australia. |
