Long Title |
This Bill is the third Bill in a package of three Bills to facilitate the implementation of electricity reform. The purpose of this Bill is to provide a number of transitional provisions and amendments to several Acts as a result of the restructure of Western Power. Primarily this Bill amends the Electricity Corporation Act 1994 to repeal all provisions except those relating to access to Western Power's transmission and distribution systems. |
