Long Title |
The purpose of this Bill is to impose the Emergency Services Levy, which is the cornerstone of the new funding arrangements planned for emergency services in Western Australia. The Levy imposed will ensure all persons in Western Australia contribute to funding for the fire and emergency services. The Emergency Services Levy Bill 2002 compliments the Fire and Emergency Services Legislation (Emergency Services Levy) Amendment Bill 2002. |
