Long Title
The purpose of this Bill seeks to strengthen WA sentencing laws in terms of giving further recognition to the reviews of victims. The Bill also contains a range of amendments to the Sentencing Act 1995, Sentence Administration Act 2003 and the Sentencing Legislation Amendment and Repeal Act 2003 to make the sentencing regime more workable.
