Long Title |
The purpose of this Bill is to amend the Prisons Act 1981 by amending section 67(1) of the principal Act enabling a prisoner to send and receive uncensored mail to and from a Member of Parliament whether it be the Member for the area they resided in prior to their imprisonment, the Member for the area in which the prison is located, or a Member with responsibility to a particular portfolio for which the prisoner has concerns. |
