The purpose of this Bill is to transfer from the Commonwealth to the State, the administration of unclaimed money held by superannuation funds and retirement savings account (RSA) providers. The Bill enables this unclaimed money to be paid to the Treasurer, to provide for a register of such money, and for related purposes, and imposes obligations on superannuation providers. |
