Long Title The purpose of this bill is to - recognise the importance of and to promote understanding and appreciation of Western Australia's cultural heritage; and provide for the identification and documentation of places of heritage significance and for the conservation, use, development and adaptation of such places; and repeal the Heritage of Western Australia Act 1990; and make consequential amendments to various other Acts, and for related purposes.
