The purpose of this Bill is to make consequential amendments to State laws additional to those made by the Corporations (Consequential Amendments) Act 2001 (WA) in order to avoid inconsistency between the new federal legislation and State law. |

Notes

2. This Act (other than Part 6) is deemed to have come into operation immediately after the Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth came into operation. Part 6 comes into operation on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent (23/04/2003).
