Domestic Violence Orders (National Recognition) Bill 2017
||The purpose of this bill is to give effect to the Western Australian component of a national recognition scheme for domestic violence orders and to make consequential amendments to the Restraining Orders Act 1997.|
Royal Assent given 8 Nov 2017 as Act No. 10 of 2017. Different sections of this Act come into operation on Royal Assent and Proclamation. For details refer to Commencement Clause of the Bill (see also Assent and Commencement information for Acts)
