Long Title

The purpose of this Bill is to validate certain actions by the [Corporate] Minister for Fishereries and remove doubt about the extent of the [Corporate] Minister's legal capacity and power under the Fish Resources Management Act 1994 to acquire and deal with real property, for instance in establishing aquaculture parks.
