| Long Title |
There are a number of transitional provisions contained in this Bill that will allow various items and instruments under the Financial Administration and Audit Act 1985 (or 'FAAA') to continue in effect. Examples of these are trust accounts, departmental operating accounts, determinations by the Treasurer and Treasurer's Instructions. |
