Synopsis | The Government proposes to introduce into Parliament a Bill for an Act to recognise the importance of and to promote understanding and appreciation of Western Australia's cultural heritage, to provide for the identification and documentation of places of heritage significance and for the conservation, use, development and adaptation of such places, to repeal the Heritage of Western Australia Act 1990 and for related purposes.
