I
refer to the site management plan for the decommissioned Dalyellup waste
residue disposal facility, tabled paper 4615.
(1) Has the
Department of Water and Environmental Regulation received annual environmental
reports for 2018, 2019 and 2020 as required by the plan?
(2) If no to (1),
when is it expected to receive them?
(3) If yes to
(1), will the minister please table a copy of each—electronic only is
preferred?
(4) Will the minister please table a copy of Tronox's
final closure plan for the Dalyellup waste residue disposal facility,
version 3, July 2018; and, if not, why not?

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question. I note that in the question that was lodged, it
says ''electronic only is fine'' not ''electronic only is
preferred'', so there is that difference.
(1) The
Department of Water and Environmental Regulation has received the 2019 and 2018
annual environmental reports.
(2) The 2020 annual environmental report has not been
received, as it is not due to be submitted to DWER until June 2021.
(3) I table the
2019 and 2018 annual environmental reports.
(4) DWER has
advised that Tronox is currently updating the final closure plan for the
Dalyellup waste residue disposal facility as
a result of a review from the department. I table version 3 of the plan, which
is currently being revised.
