I refer to question without notice
31, which I asked on 15 May 2013.
(1) Will the minister table —
(a) all reports
that resulted from the total $689 000 of public money spent investigating the
marina proposal; and
(b) documents
recording the decision to make $250 000 of Western Australian Planning
Commission funds available to investigating the marina?
(2) If no to (1)(a), please identify
these documents.
(3) Prior to 2009, what role did
LandCorp have in investigating and promoting the marina proposal?

of the question.
(1)–(2) The
Western Australian Planning Commission is unable to respond to the question
within the required time frame. I therefore ask that the honourable member
place the question on notice.
(3) Matters relating to LandCorp
should be redirected to the Minister for Lands.
