the minister representing the Minister for Lands:
(1) Has a costed
25-year maintenance plan, as recommended under section 5.1 of ''Development
Control Policy 1.8'', been prepared by the proponents of the Mangles Bay
marina?
(2) If yes to (1), will the minister
please table this document?
(3) If no to (1), will it be
prepared prior to the initiation of any scheme amendment?

I thank the honourable member for some notice of this
question.
(1) A
preliminary 25-year maintenance plan has been drafted by the proponents and
will be finalised as part of the state government planning process.
(2) As
specified by ''Development Control Policy 1.8'', a maintenance plan
is required to be finalised by the completion of the state government planning
process. This process is about to commence and may take some 18 months to
conclude. The maintenance plan will be finalised within this time frame.
(3) As specified
above, a maintenance plan is required to be finalised by the completion of the
state government planning process.
