Question
I refer to the Western Australian Government’s Police
Redress Scheme, and I ask:
(a) Did any members of the Independent Assessment Panel
(IAP) apply for Police Redress;
(b) If yes, how many IAP members were successful and
unsuccessful with their application;
(c) Did any IAP members apply for a review of their
application;
(d) If yes to (a-c), what process was in put in place for
the review of a IAP member’s application; and
(e) Please explain the discrepancy between the
amounts of remuneration provided to the three IAP members?

(b)-(d) Not applicable.
(e) The difference between the amounts of remuneration paid to each IAP member to date reflects different hourly rates for different members, where the member is at in their invoicing process and the time taken by each member to read and assess each application.
