In reference to the Premier's media statement of 27 December 2013, when will we see the introduction of the coastal management zones under which local beach communities will develop shark plans for their regions?

The Department of the Premier and Cabinet advises:
As indicated in the media release, this is a longer term planning strategy, however a meeting has already occurred between Local Government Authorities in the South West, the Department of Fisheries and the Department of the Premier and Cabinet on the 10 March to discuss issues around local responses.
