Question

In the implementation of the Disruptive Behaviour Management Strategy, since the beginning of the 2014-2015 financial year until 31 December 2014, for each public housing zone administered by the Department of Housing:
(a) how many first strikes were issued;
(b) how many second strikes were issued;
(c) how many third strikes were issued;
(d) how many tenancies were terminated as a direct result of disruptive behaviour;
(e) how many tenancies were terminated when disruptive behaviour was present and the tenant was required to vacate for other reasons;
(f) how many tenancies were terminated prior to the issue of three strikes;
(g) how many tenancies were subject to third strikes but the tenants were not evicted or did not vacate;
(h) how many children were represented in the total number of tenancy terminations;
(i) how many Aboriginal children were represented in the total number of tenancy terminations;
(j) how many people with disabilities were represented in the total number of tenancy terminations; and
(k) how many women seeking to escape violent former partners were represented in the total number of tenancy terminations?

The Department of Housing advises:

(e) The Department does not readily collate this data by region but can advise that 285 were terminated across Western Australia between 1 July 2014 and 31 January 2015. Provision of the detailed information sought would require considerable research diverting staff from their normal duties. I am not prepared to divert the significant resources required to provide the requested information.
