Regarding thinning of regrowth karri, for each of the years 2011-2012, 2012-2013 and 2013-2014, what was the volume estimated to be available of:
(a) total karri sawlogs;
(b) high quality, first and second grade karri sawlogs;
(c) bole karri sawlogs;
(d) other karri sawlogs; and
(e) karri chiplogs?
