(1) What
proportion of the jarrah sleepers milled at the Nannup Timber Mill is for
export?
(2) Did the mill sign a contract
with the Government for supplying timber?
(3) If yes to (2), will the Minister table the contract?
(4) Was this contract contingent on the mill drying
timber for furniture?
(5) Was this
contract contingent on using waste to value-add to construction, furniture or
dressed timber?
(6) Is the mill in breach
of any contracts it currently has with the Government?

(1) This issue does not form part of the relevant contract between the Forest Products Commission and the customer. On that basis, it is inappropriate for me to answer. The Hon Member may wish to direct her query to the customer.

(6) The Forest Products Commission advises there is no current Event of Default notice issued in respect of this customer under any of its contracts.
