(1) What is the current status of Bush Forever site 309?
(2) In which government department is Bush Forever site 309 vested?
(3) Has this Bush Forever site been sold to private developers?

(1) Bush Forever area 309 - Farrall Road Bushland, Stratton is currently zoned Urban in the Metropolitan Region Scheme and Residential Development in the City of Swan Local Planning Scheme. It has the Bush Forever implementation category of 'Urban, Industrial or Resource Development'.
(2) None
(3) Yes. The Residential Development zoning under the City's scheme requires a Structure Plan to be prepared prior to any development. The future use of Bush Forever area 309 will be considered through this process, which will include public consultation.
