I ask this question on behalf of Hon
Nick Goiran, who is away on urgent parliamentary business.
I refer to question without notice
494, in which the minister stated that the Department of Communities is unable
to comment on cases involving individual children and young people as to do so
would be contrary to the intent of the Children and Community Services Act
2004. Which section of the act is the minister referring to?
